Jordan McNamara has been a lawyer for over a decade. He was a prosecutor for ten years and prosecuted a range of cases including misdemeanors, violent felonies, domestic violence cases, sexual assaults, and homicides.
He also did a year of private practice at a local law firm where he handled civil litigation in both federal and state courts.
Since 2023, Jordan has been the managing partner of McNamara Law Office, PLLC. He has used his experience as a former prosecutor to help clients in criminal court on a variety of legal matters, including traffic tickets, misdemeanors offense, DWIs, suspended licenses, felonies, and murder cases. Jordan has tried over 30 trials in his time as a lawyer, dozens of hearings and Grand Jury presentations.
Jordan is dedicated to defending the rights of his clients including before arrest when Miranda rights and search and seizure defense is the most important.
Jordan is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Scott McNamara is a former prosecutor of 30+ years. He has held many valuable professional appointments including: Commissioner of New York State Forensic Science Commission, President of District Attorney’s Association of New York and Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Scott currently serves as the President of the Oneida County Bar Association.
Scott’s expertise has been integral in teaching positions across various local colleges. He has taught prospective law students on criminal fraud, criminal law basics and constitutional law. Scott is dedicated to defending the rights of his clients and specializes in various defense services.
